This website, capturesbykibble.com, is run by Luke Kibble, a sole trader trading as CapturesByKibble ("I", "me", "my"). I am responsible for any personal information you share when you use this site or buy a print.
What information I collect
- When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number (if provided) and order details.
- When you contact me: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
- When you browse the site: basic technical information such as your device type, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies (see below).
I do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by Wix Payments / PayPal / Stripe.
Why I use it
- To process, print and deliver your order (to fulfil my contract with you).
- To reply to your questions and provide customer service.
- To keep financial records as required by law.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (my legitimate interests).
- To send you marketing emails, but only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who I share it with
I only share your information with trusted services that help me run the shop:
- Printful – prints, packs and delivers your order, so it receives your name, delivery address and order details.
- Wix – hosts this website and online shop.
- Wix Payments / PayPal / Stripe – processes your payment.
- Delivery couriers – to get your parcel to you.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use appropriate safeguards to protect it. I never sell your personal information.
How long I keep it
I keep order and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically up to six years). Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to make it work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can manage your cookie choices using the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information I hold about you
- ask me to correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how I use it
- withdraw consent to marketing at any time
