These terms apply to all orders placed on capturesbykibble.com. Please read them before buying. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About me
CapturesByKibble is run by Luke Kibble, a sole trader based in Worcestershire, England.

2. Your order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming I have received it. The contract between us is formed when I confirm your order. If I can't accept your order for any reason (for example, a pricing error), I will let you know and you will not be charged.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). [Either: "Prices include VAT." Or, if not VAT-registered: "CapturesByKibble is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged."] Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. The prints
All photographs are my own original work. Each print is made to order by my print partner. Colours may look slightly different in print than on your screen, as every screen displays colour differently. Frames, mounts and other props shown in photos are for illustration only unless included in the product description.
5. Delivery
I currently deliver to UK addresses only. As prints are made to order, please allow 5-7 working days for printing plus 7-14 working days for delivery From United States & Up to 7 business days from United Kingdom. These are estimates, not guarantees. If there is a significant delay, I will keep you updated.
6. Cancellations and returns
Your rights to cancel and return an order are set out in my Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Copyright
All photographs on this website remain the copyright of Luke Kibble / CapturesByKibble. Buying a print gives you ownership of the physical print for personal display. It does not give you the right to copy, scan, reproduce, sell, or use the image commercially or online without my written permission.
8. Liability
I am responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. I am not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you place your order will apply to that order.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
